I bought the machine mainly to be able to make more of my utility knives effectively and efficiently.

That Syil X7 is an absolute beauty….wow.. amazing. I am sure you will have fun with that.. any reason why you cost the X7? Isn’t the X5 much smaller?

I went X7 because I was able to get this machine used from a friend on instagram. The price was right and I wanted the bigger work envelope

Could you tell me the overall height, with the spindle in its highest position? Also the length and width of the spindle housing, above the enclosure? You would be doing me a solid.

But, also, how low it can be with the Z all the way down?
Meaning how big of a door one need to get it in.
