You asked for it, so here it is! Today, I am showing off my custom McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Black and Grey Batman action figure, along with how I made it, what modifications I made to articulation, how it scales with other figures, and how much it will cost for you to make one!

I will comment while i watch this: 1) OMG a new format with a new intro! 2) I can't belive that a few hours ago i bought the 3 jokers batman because i felt was a great base body, what a coincidence. 3) stealth ironman wears an helmet? guess the armor wasn't enough (just kidding i love the mascot of the channel in every form) 4) i can't belive that maybe this will open the possibility for some diorama videos.
P.S. that the sims reference killed me

I did this but i used the trunks from the hush two pack since i prefer the pouch belt
That’s a great custom! Love how heroic and true to the animated series he is! My custom Batman involves the Arkham city head and torso, asylum trunks, arms and legs with green lantern Batman hands for variety. I personally love how for the most part, McFarlane figures are easy to take apart and custom!

Try adding the fist hands on omega from the last knight on earth wave(the one with the weird gray bane) used it on my hush and I think it looks good

Great custom, Not sure if I would have done that, but it's fanatically impressive.
Rewatching this video for tips, and it occurred to me. The Hush figure could stand in as a good "realistic" version of the way BTAS Batman looks in the few flashbacks to his first costume or even his New Adventures redesign
I'd recommend using the crotch and trunks from the AC 1000 Superman if you want to give your Superman kitbash more height

And if the band is taking requests, how does Fury of the Gods Shazam looks with Classic Supes head. I want a Shazam figure with that suit but I don’t want him to look like Chuck. 😅
Wow! Looks really nice pal! The Scale is perfect! Definitly this is the way that Mcfarlane must need to go. I consider to use this design in future to make a 6' scale version with a legends. Amazing custom!
Beautiful Figure, I love the grey/gray and the black combo....I was looking at the Detective Comics 27 Batman boots ...I think they look better what do u think? I may use them on my Batman...Please show more of your customs...and i agree the Hush Batman has one of the best heads...
Awesome idea for a custom! I personally would've use the Hush arms since Batman's gauntlet spikes in BTAS weren't long like Three Jokers.
I admire your dedication, and patience, but I just painted the trunks black on my standard 3-Jokers Batman and that works well enough for me. I personally like the texturing and added details on that figure. Plus for a smooth black and gray with yellow oval Batman, the new Knightfall version fills that bill nicely. Still that's an awesome custom you made there.
I did more or less the same thing here, only with the Blue and Gray Hush instead of the 3 Jokers Batman. Had to paint the forearms black and suffer through the cape swapping which was almost as bad as swapping the boots. Wouldn't call it a 100% finished custom as I'm still looking to find better feet as I want my Batman to have more solid boots. I know some people used the 3 Jokers feet but they are too detailed for a more streamlined comic style.
3 mins 13 seconds in a hard plastic cup in the microwave. Extreme instances 4 mins. If trying to dissect a Mattel clam shell torso or similar, 5 mins., a hobby knife & multiple sessions. I avoid heat guns & hair dyers because its hard to control the temperature & melted a figure or 2 just trying to give it a bit more heat. Great video as always!
Well done sir. I also agree with you about the ab crunch. That's my biggest gripe about mcfarlane figures.

My perfect McFarlane Batman is year two but right there beside him is the Batman vs spawn 2 pack Batman with that black hush head because I prefere the super dark grey for his suit, mid to late 90s style!
The batarang from the Spawn/Batman 2 pack looks like a batarang from the show. The only problem is that it's too big.

Yeas, but might is a little taller and beefier, and the colors are more in line with the original Kenner Animated Batman, which is what I was personally going for. But I will be reviewing the new Knightfall soon so we'll take a closer look!

this is a pretty sweet custom
I was able to graph the gauntlets off of knightfall Batman on to the hush body, I'd recommend that and maybe switching out the symbol but it does look good so far

I normally go with black when it comes to Batman but there is just something badass about the blue and grey Hush Batman

I warmed the head up heading a hair dryer. It makes the plastic soft.
