- My Pulsar came with some rather nasty looking under bonnet bling which included a chrome slam panel. I promptly removed all the bling for a more stealth look and searched for a replacement for the slam panel to no avail...
Fast forward a few months of me kicking the thing round the garage, I decided enough was enough and it was time to have a go at making my own from scratch!
I've played around with fibreglass, fillers and carbon cloth before but this was the first time trying to make a completely new part, I mean, how hard could it be?
Solo "Carbon" Lap at it again. Going great so far, looking forward to the next part! If you nail this there won't be any stopping you! Carbon everything! 😁

For those of you in the states, a slam panel is a radiator support panel.
Is that what you call it? I've heard it called a cooling panel or plate too.
