I get what you meant by "likes you" I've been married for 10 years and us actually liking each other has helped us! sometimes loving a person is easy but really liking the person can really help when times are hard like in the video, she was moody and easily irritated on her period like most of us are and he was patient with her. Everyone who knows us asks us our "secret" we don't have one we actually like is other ( personalities) and we are friends. When you mix like and love all of the other things like Respect and care is a given).

I use to have bad cramps when my period was on , try using natural pads & tampons , they don’t have chemicals in them and I barely have cramps anymore , you can find them at target

I feel you . cause I'm Haitian. I don't understand why all black countries gotta be like that! The police members are like legal gang member to me.. I feel safe around civilian.the police to me is like alien cause they refuse to do what they sign up for. Instead they do the exact stuff that they suppose to protect you from!!!.. It's crazy.. I hope one day all this is over.. What i hate is that no matter how many protest the people organized nothing change. Its worsen.. I think we're cursed or something..
A few tips & tricks I’ve learned to help with my cramps are 1. Cbd bath bombs 2. Heating pad strips for your back so you can wear them anywhere/ all day 3. No cold drinks (cold drinks makes your uterus contract) so I try to stick to room temp or hot beverages.

I am watching this vlog while on my period. How ironic... When you have dark under eyes during period, it means that anemia level is low. I have severe anemia, get some rest, no stress and up on iron levels (I take mine with vitamins D). I can't take tylenol or advil or any of theses painkillers, I have fibroids and thoses made my bleeding even worse
Once you get married and have a child the pains will go away.. lol I know that's sounds beyond the answer your looking for but I used to have the same issue.. I took 10+ pills in one day! Just for cramps! But after I had a child no more cramps literally

That chicken don't look burnt to me. The chicken looks WELL DONE ! and for cramps try some ginger tea but not too much ginger and 1 advil. Also specific foods during the period cycle can cause extra pain. I usually eat light foods with not much seasoning or grease and drinking soups to keep my stomach warm.

I’m Nigerian, love Nigeria....but the place is a JUNGLE! Our people, our culture, everything we are is beautiful but I’m so glad the youth have had enough. It is so dangerous to show this type of opposition to the government so the fact that we’ve taken a stand to being global attention is unthinkable and I’m proud. If you’ve been to Nigeria, you don’t have to be there for even an hour to see corruption. Police will be stopping you doing check point to bribe money. The sad thing about this is, the government will probably change things whilst the world is making noise. Once the protests stop it will continue, this breaks my heart. The level of corruption in my country is disgrace, I just pray that there is a genuine improvement and the government stops focusing on how they look to the world and focus on looking after our citizens. Girl I had period cramps like that it was 7 dam days ... couldnt even get out the bed then I had a baby lol it got less . Then I had another one and then another one now I don’t have to take no pills I bearly get cramps ... so I would say when u have a kid it will go away
