Sorry gun nerd here, the mutolator is not a pump action its a break action the pump on the bottom merely primes the second barrel instead of chambering a new shell meaning it is a fire selector and actually has nothing to do with the loading of the weapon. Just thought id share that information.
Tried it a bit. I like that all 3 "firing modes" seem to have a situation in which they're the best option, that ammo management is a factor, and that the single-fire's OHK is not too long range. Melee needs limited charges. I'd also make single-fire's OHK just point blank. To stop the enemy from meleeing you, you'd have to melee or double-fire... those are the cooler attacks, after all :) So it'd be: - Single-fire point blank, and for partial-shield enemies - Melee for melee range - Single-fire + melee for ~5m; or, double-fire - Double fire for a OHK at its longer ranges
Definitely a versatile weapon. If the melee system worked in a way that it cost bullets to use - that may help it be more balanced. Also, we couldn't imagine shooting all your bullets and still having a gravity hammer. that'd be OP
I imagine they might make it where the grav hammer melee might only be active while you have ammo for balance reasond otherwise no point to thriw the weapon down since ye have a one hit melee in yr pocket
@@NEWGHOST9 what a great thought! That would add another level of complexity to the weapon. Allowing the hammer melee to use ammo as a resource would help balance the weapon more
@@theswaganteateranteater4239 totally badass! and yeah there is one cool thing they did with the melee to nerf it: If two people beat down at the same time, the gravity hammer effect is nullified.

We knew we'd get some flack for that! lol realized after we posted! Good catch!
Caught me off gaurd too.

When it comes to shotguns I would love to see this one and the classic pump action together along side the bulldog.

Is the Mutilator going to be OP at launch?
Need to nerf that melee a lil but this shits badass

No need to nerf
It's gonna be a power weapon
@ sure is! Have you tried it yet?
@@threelivestv how??
It looks like you picked up button console from ground and trying to shoot from its bottom
Couldn't have said it better ourselves
