Obviously this doesn’t happen only in Argentina, here in Brazil it also happens (just like in all Latin America, but there are really few people who rly do that). I've attended to a kpop concert here in Brazil last year and literally no one threw their bras on stage in respect for idols and their culture, we are not that clueless. However, if the artist were a Latin American who is used to our culture, this would probably happen.
Just to point that this is something that usually happened years ago, it is no longer a custom of our generation.
