I'm not relugious but I imagine it must be an experience to hear this sung by a choir in a church on a cold winters night lit only by candlelight Reminiscent of the time I listened to a harpsichord in a similar setting
This is the dance of the dreamers Lost in the silence of the twilight Between Auroras in the night Enchanted forests beneath the sea Stars sing softly between the trees Soothing melodies A peace lost in this machine world Waking to the wind on your face Chirping of birds This world so deadly Calls to me For even if it grants me my death I shall die free Lost from my story I become another nameless ghost In the choir of remembrances Listen for me Enraptured by eternal bliss

late to the game (but that's my middle name)... I dó love this version. The choir vocals have this lovely delayed effect to them, as if you're hearing it underwater, and I love that. It's not an in your face choir sound but subdued, blending with the music. Will be checking out your other stuff!
This means a lot!! I did my best to make sure the audios balanced out each other well, and that effect was unintentional but upon upload I really liked it. Thank you for the kind words
Today, we play music way too fast. New research shows that music before about 1840 was meant to be played about half as fast as we play it today. Although controversial, they say that around that time, musicians were speeding up the music, for a variety of reasons. So this rendition may be closer to Mozart's intentions.
@@veilmusic I agree. Most of my friends who are trained experienced musicians think this theory is bonkers. But if you play works by Chopin at today's speeds, you miss all the harmonics progressions -- they become a blur. Played half fast, and you can actually hear them clearly.
I believe that much of the pushback on this theory is because it is threatening to professional musicians. They spend their lives learning the Chopin Etudes and must play them faster than anyone else, or else they simply won't have a career. They invested their entire professional life to building a technique that few others attain. So to say that they were on the wrong track is very threatening. It means they wested their lives chasing an ideal that never existed. If anyone can play the Etudes, then they are no longer the gateway to professional piano playing.
I just realized this was in a movie I saw but I never knew the name of it, in the scene of a serious man falling down the stairs in slow motion & some other chaos was happening.
If the Original represented the Fall of the Western Roman Empire, then this represents the Fall of the Eastern Roman Empire to the Ottomans at Constantinople. Requiescat in Pace, Constantine XI.

I believed that immorality was a blessing as i lived for centuries through many lives that i cherished with the many i loved and the children i brought into this world but as i watched the stars fall burning cities in a blink of an eye and rottening the dirt beneath tainting the rivers and oceans of an invisible poison. For the first time in my many lives i cursed my gift. Hated that i lived unscathed as those around me died to join the many others i couldn't save. Damn those that led to this fate. Damn those that forced me to be alone.
🤔🤔🤔 I was wondering how many "revenuers" never made it out of there ... and NOW, once past the original current devastation, how many won't be making it out of there?🤔

Hola
This is the dance of the dreamers
Lost in the silence of the twilight
Between Auroras in the night
Enchanted forests beneath the sea
Stars sing softly between the trees
Soothing melodies
A peace lost in this machine world
Waking to the wind on your face
Chirping of birds
This world so deadly
Calls to me
For even if it grants me my death
I shall die free
Lost from my story
I become another nameless ghost
In the choir of remembrances
Listen for me
Enraptured by eternal bliss
Beautiful
It doesn't all rhyme, but, it's still pulchritudinous. I am enamoured.
