I live here and every once in a while I go out into the marsh behind my house with a kayak and go out into a channel to fish for redfish
yes, call them to make sure the Flats Blues are in stock.
I find that the Arkansas Glow is one of the best, if not the best DOA lure to catch redfish on. It is a "redfish magnet" in my book...and use.

@YourFriendlyMe Head to Honeymoon Island and fish the north side flats on the causeway with D.O.A. CAL jigs or MirrOlure Mirrodines and catch trout and redfish.

Yes bottom 1/3rd of the tide is best. You have to know the area to know a good redfish spot but you can catch some good fish surf fishing off of Breech's inlet.
