Joey Wan That’s very true. Trust your family will continue to live under the glory of God to shed light on others too! Do take care of yourselves though. In particular, always sleeping late is very harmful to health. In particular, as a mom of 4, need to pay attention to your 氣血. This is a also lifetime lesson that I learned. ☺️

愛自己=self compassion, 1 of the ingredients of raising resilient children. Rick Hanson , Daniel Siegel they all talk about this.
Learning to love and accept yourself is not easy. We judge ourselves most harshly sometimes.
@@joeywan8550 that's why with kids if u start early that will be entrenched in their core values . We find it hard as an adult as we were not taught those values as a kid. However with the current culture of academically focused upbringing poeple may not see this as important and it is good that you brought this up.
