In 2013 when all my friends talk about him and praises him I didn't like that because at that time I was big fan of msd . but now in 2023 by seeing him how is tackling with failures , burden of expectations of people from him it is really motivating for me . The correct word to describe the situation he is talking about is "Burnout"; it is when a person gets mentally exhausted and it becomes difficult for the person to stay motivated to do anything.
So ,how to come out from this kind of situation?

Lately i been also going through mental health problems .Because of this ,im not able to what i were able to in past .
Thus first. I have to work on my mental health then could i only be able work with efficency i used to .
I think mental health is not talked enough in this country .
Everyone once in a while everybody feels mentally down .And they still keep continuing with their work as their mental health does not matter which infact make their condition even worse as they are only able to put minimum efforts despite of trying so harder as their utreated mental health issue does impact their ability to focus .So they have to do hard just to maintain their ability to focus on thing.
Mental health problem is going to double the amount of hardwork you have put in and lower the result you will get from it
So work on your mental health before you focus on your work .Unless , the efforts you are puttting in with raptured peace of mind counts almost to zero .
Peace of mind is indeed each and everything

Thats inspiring. Growing up in in an indian middle class family in the 80's, all the men in my life were emotionally closed off, unable to share and would paste a fake smile on their face no matter what they were going through. I have seen this behavior of my dad take a toll on his and my moms relationship. Though I've done well for myself, I have always struggled with my mental health. I am still unlearning so much of my conditioning from the time I was young. learning to share, let people see the real me - my struggles, not let the shame of what I am going through get in the way of intimacy in my relationships. Its hard. I am so happy that Kohli is sharing this.

Its acceptable for you to be weak Virat, looking at what all great things you achieved in your career. Its doesnt happen the same with people like us. If we dont achieve and prove our mettle, no one is going to encourage us.
Please accept mental weakness but dont romanticize it, because we all want to be mentally strong just like you.
