Pursuit Roach and Beach 052090

May 20. 1990. Radio traffic of a vehicle pursuit initiated by David Roach, 193 and assisted by Ralph Beach, 113. I was driving a slick top police can, no lightbar, the blue lights were in the car's grill. I barely remember this happening. Since the driver was unknown no charges were ever pursued.
