Reality, Banks and Creditors/financial institutions are absolutely POOR, and they need the consumer's agreement to be indebted to them and pay monthly to benefit their principal. They know that anytime the consumer signs an agreement/contract they agreeing to be deceived. They do this based on the consumer's ignorance of the law.
They get over that when they ask you do you want a lawyer, are you willingly entering into this decision, did anyone coerce you into do this..., this is why always go to trial no matter what unless the other side settles or you're offering a conditional settlement!

So I can get get the equity in My car from years ago, I traded in My car for another car, I had over 10k of equity in the original car I brought but still My payments on the new car I traded it in for was double the payments.
