something I love to do when thrifting (as someone who HATES trying things on lol) is to bring one of those flexible measuring tapes you use when sewing. I usually measure my favorite clothes flat and keep the measurements in my phone! That way when I'm thrifting I can quickly measure the items and know if it'll fit me or not. :)
