For Internet choices It depends on where your house is. Many use starlink. I use Verizon but high speed fiber is coming to my area in the next 1-2 years
Unfortunately Labelle is very limited when it comes to medical services. The closest hospital is in Clewiston or fort Myers depending on where in Labelle you live. For urgent cares that's also in Clewiston, Lehigh acres or Fort Myers.
