We surprisingly never had any issuse with the sheeben. the house on long avenue you showed over there was always empty and had nothing. It was a few house away from a friend of mine. Used to be a great area used to cycle everywhere around there. I left Ferndale about 5 or 6 years ago to move closer to work.But if i remember correctly were quite few houses that looked empty from cork up to west.

Obviously Gauteng Provincial Government doesn't need, use nor maintain these two properties in Ferndale, so why they don't publicly auction them off at a market price reserve? Government will receive money for service delivery, auction them off to the highest bidder.
