As someone who has been diagnosed with erythema multiforme I would like to say that this has made me have more of an understanding of my diagnosis, I also take a medication called famcyclovior (im not sure how to spell it) ans it's basically acyclovir but different, I'm not sure how to properly explain it without giving false information but, thank you for this video.
I'm following this channel since a long time, I never got a chance to say, but today wanna say thank you very much, I saw each and every video of this channel and tried to like as much I could, I find information is genuine and before my exams it is helping me to improve, how I score well and all Ik this channel deserves the best.
Many thanks for this excellent video. I would just add re the underlying aetiology- sure, it is usually infection or drug related, but you can also get erythema multiforme as part of collagen vascular disorders, malignancies and multiple myeloma too.
I had a biopsy done and it said EM, but I dont seem to follow the typical pattern of EM.. hands & feet are not involved. Face, eyes, lips, and small areas on trunk. Is there more information to find regarding EM Major, specifically?
I was diagnosed with this disease but in my case its far more severe, almost 90% of my body affected. Now I'm writing a case report about it
