What if I am trying to connect an existing Oracle DB to Visual Studio using python? The user ID was already created for me and these options were not ticked while creating i am guessing. So there is no way to change those options on my id?

i am encountering a problem : i am creating a user from sql developer but when i want to connect to that same user from RunSQL it doesnt want to connect saying username/password incorrect (knowing that i am carefully typing them both) and that i granted the "connect" role to my user. Could anyone please assist me?
