  • Flying at Inverness, Florida (KINF) for a trip around the pattern 19.
Start-up, taxi, take-off, landing, and taxi.
Aircraft is a Pipistrel Alpha Trainer.
Ceiling was dropping, so one lap is all I got.
    Compliments to my instructors.

why does the fuel pump have to be off during taxi?

great question... my CFI says it causes the engine to run rough. The fuel pump isn't used in any operation of that aircraft. We test it every flight. The pump would definitely be used in case of a mid-flight restart.
