- The date was October 17th, 2000. The finals of the Johnny Petraglia Open were held at Brunswick Carolier Lanes, a bowling center located in North Brunswick, NJ. The folks vying for the title are Mike Aulby, Chris Barnes, Brian Himmler, Jeff Lizzi, Dave Wodka, Walter Ray Williams Jr, Parker Bohn III and Bob Learn Jr.
the second, semi final, and title matches were exciting and very close
Andrew Phillips what matches were you watching? Losing by 30 pins or more is not a close match for professional bowlers idiot.
I think is Bob Learn had avoided using particle balls in this show, he would have won. Actually, I don't think both finalists could have scored better with reactive equipment. I will never understand why they used the newest ball on TV, even though they could not have been paid more than the title was worth, just doesn't make sense to me.
That was the AMF Angle Evolution Tour. I still throw one in league. The ball was definitely NOT designed for steep lauch angles. It is even more obvious on today's conditions.
How many soft 10s does Bob have to leave before he makes an adjustment?
There are some who believe if they try making adjustments, they will go high and they fear leaving something tough to convert
Ive been to Carolier...Humungous house!
Why does it say Orleans for one of there sponsors if there in New Jersey, Orleans is in Las Vegas...
Dylan Amico Walt Disney is in Florida and they ran an advertisement, what difference does it make when they are appealing to the general public nationwide?

Williams Jr Wins!
Walter Ray Williams Jr threw a clutch strike to win the Johnny Petraglia Open
Andrew Phillips if the match was close it would have been clutch idiot. If you truly loved bowling you wouldn’t post spoilers!
