Impressive result Sean, after all that work to only have an issue at the MOT with VIN plates is a testament to your attention to detail and effort during the build. Yes the days of sitting in loud cars and tolerating/enjoying it are long gone for both of us thankfully - once you've ironed out the niggles you'll have something to properly enjoy out on the road😉👍👍
I'm sure what you meant to say was that you've found the original chassis number stamping under the new paint. It would obviously be insanity to mention in a video that the dvla could see that you were going to re stamp or put a new one on.
If I showed with a car like that for MOT here in Portugal I would probably be arrested... Even a trophy airbox (simota like) is enough to fail MOT and get documents apprehended by the Police if caught using on road...
Finally on the road, now the tinkering starts! Its amazing to see it drive after all the years and videos.
Never missed a video, this one definitely makes the underbody cleaning and zinc plating days worth it 😂
It’s cool to see it on the road under its own steam after all of these episodes.
Fantastic video. Loved my vts back in the day. Fun wee cars.
Great sound good to see it on the road 😊

Sounds great man, but i get you with the not at this age.... had a silencer added to one of mine for same reason lol great build 😎👍
Just sent my 2006 c4 vts 2.0 hdi for mot after bearing and turbo sensor change. More worried than when I waited for my GCSE’s 😮💨
Totally normal feedback after a 1st run. Some road tinkering now to get it how you want.and need. Perfectly in time for summer.
Ok, what summer 😢
Great video, may i suggest using RDT in Harworth near Doncaster for mapping.
awsom ejob man. i just bought a project 106. Ill be possibly boosting it too
Great work mate, you must be really chuffed. Il have to get a Fiesta RS back and we should go Milton Keynes one last time haha.

As it happens, I did actually find the original plaque in the rear which I cleaned the raptor off. That was an easy fix. ;)
How did you make it so fast

Good observation, it was an E46 M3! Deffo not my fan!
