Last Hammerhead I saw diving was on the surface, thrashing around(eating I take it), about 30 feet from where I was jumping in off the boat. Dig the classical music, if I have to hear that stock gopro music one more time I'm going to stick my dive knife thru my ears.

I ve been there 10 years ago... your footage broke my heart. All the Reef is damaged ... Tubbathat is very famous for reef Sharks but all story around manta whale sharks and hammerhead are more from the fantasy that reality. It's happened but you don't go for this ... I m so surprised about the conditions ... bug thanks for the feedback and long shots without hiding the truth ...
Well as I said my whole group saw mantas and Hammerheads, and so did the other boats. The reef was the best I've seen.. better than anywhere in Europe or north America by far. If there was damage it is because of typhoon Odette a couple years ago.

Great shots. We have hammerheads here in SouthWest Florida, but the water is too cloudy on west coast to film them. I will let you know when your dive shop video is done. Thanks for the dives I did there in late April.
That's when you'll see your hammerhead shark 😂 so of course you'll take the camera 😂 so when you getting your boat done to use🤔
The reef looks healthy! Conservation efforts have been effective. I hope you see your hammerhead soon.

From Dauin. Cebu Manila Palawan then tubataha Ref. A lot of travels, why not direct from Dauin to tubataha which is near
Most of the divers aren't coming from dauin. And a boat from dauin to tubbataha would be like 24 or 30 hours
