Thinkpad X60/X61 Tablet SXGA+ Screen Swap

I'm trying something of a new format. Please consider letting me know what you think.
I didn't finish putting it back together on-camera, due to taking a call, but it wasn't too bad. I am happy with the results! Just know I don't actually show the test in the video on account of being interrupted, but the laptop did fire right up, so nothing in the video was a "mistake."
I know there's a lot of dead space and it doesn't really work as a "tutorial" video when you just want to know some simple little thing, but I think the things I talk about might be a little engaging. Do you like it? Or is it just annoyingly drawn out? I'd like to think I'm helping people to learn things, or at least to be be a bit interested in the stuff I talk about.
Am I wasting my time with this format? Or would you like more? These videos are easy to make, since all I have to do is aim a camera while I work and talk to you. So if you see value in this format then it probably wouldn't be too hard for me to make these kinds of videos somewhat more regularly.
Most of the time spent right now is just encoding the video and uploading it. :p

My son has one of these in his room. It's been running a slide show 24/7 for about 10 years straight! Still works and the screen is bright and looks nice.
