LONG-DISTANCE SKATES | In an ABANDONED IRON ORE MINE

When I got an interesting call from Henrik M and he asked if I wanted to join him and Tomas T for a special adventure. It was pretty obvious that I wanted part of it. They planned to ice-skate on top of the massive open pit of the mine that can be found close to our homes. I already knew that the ice was pristine and that this would be something to remember. So I quickly grabbed some of my gear and joined them.

När jag fick ett intressant samtal från Henrik M och han frågade om jag ville följa med honom och Tomas T på ett speciellt äventyr. Det var självklart att jag ville det. De planerade att åka skridskor ovanpå det enorma dagbrottet till gruvan som finns nära våra hem. Jag visste redan att isen var riktigt fin och att detta skulle vara något att komma ihåg. Så jag packade snabbt en del utrustning och mötte upp dem.
