Haha! The cut and fold method always gives a fluffier cake my friend! But this cake was soft using a blender too so this one is for you 😂 Yes you can surely fill it with cream. In that case make two separate cakes instead of cutting one cake into two layers because this cake is so soft and crumbly that it is going to break lol!

Very easy. Just find a different type of cookie. All Oreos are bioengineered. I will not eat anything bioengineered. But there is a good brand called Cravin that you can use. My daughter says they taste better than Oreos.

Hmmm not sure. Could be differences in oven temperature? Did you use the same cake pan size?
