EOT without approved Baseline

Actually you can still get an EOT even in case of the lack of baseline approval.
it is all about the contract and the jurisdictions that you are working under.
the EOT relys solely on the project evidence and there are many ways to handle this matter.
moreover, If the contractor fails to give an extension time on time in due course in line with the contract, the contractor might still be entitled to the extension of time.
