This is where it all started for me. I remember watching this on TV with my mum after we just moved in, I was hooked instantly. Every musician was on point (especially the drummer - which Jools actually mentioned ). It's was nice to a new band actually "turn up" and play fresh, relaxing and exciting stuff live. Viva la Warpaint.
Yes they were amazing that night. The drummer used to play with some really famous musicians before joining Warpaint. She really suits being in this band. I love em but sadly I ain't seen em live yet. Hope I get the chance to see them in Scotland one day.
@@LDC-Bobby I saw them live a few days ago they were really amazing I was hoping they was gonna play this but unfortunately they didn't probably about 65/70 percent was stuff from the new album which is still good I just didn't know the tracks as I didn't have the new album at the time.
I thought I'd seen all Wrapaint videos over the last ten or so years, then I find this great one. I am in awe of Stella and Jenny Lee, what a great pair!!! I wonder what was making them smile at each other. I am 72, and I've listened to a lot of rock over my life, and this band is at the top of my favorites.
You obviously don’t watch it to get it. Most of the folk sitting in chairs are VIPs. It’s not a rock concert it’s just a very well made live performance studio.

Best rhythm section I've heard in years. Awesome performance, they deserved a better crowd.

It was a fine peformance but the singer sounded pretty damn pitchy on the high parts.
