I agree he was the best. But I'm glad he came in after 3rd place, because it allowed him to put out an awesome album, not bound by the American Idol record deal and allowed him to be his own person. And he got to prove Simon Cowell wrong... He IS a "stand-alone star."

The fact that he was runner up to Wayne Brady was a testament to how good he was and how he could've beat Wayne. Daughtry won over the judges the crowd and fans during the show but since he did it for his family that's the biggest win of them all in my honest opinion.
The thing that kind of grinds my gears is whenever they do a top 10 without fail he is not featured at all and I’m sitting there going “what the fuck!? he was amazing and you’re just going to not include him in the lineup, thanks Masked Singer”

I grew in the 80's huge fan of rock from that age in the 80's my favorite bands were like 12 or so now i listen to a lot much more than that and cris dawgtry is one of my favorites his songs really pump me up when i' am at my work what a voice i sing those songs louder and it feels good rock music is like a drug to me
