Exceptional! Remarkable playing with outstanding technique and quality of sound! Bravo Bravo! Greetings from Western Massachusetts, USA! 👏👏🎵🎶🎵🔥🔥🙌🙇♂️🙇♂️
Beautiful. I've never played a Natural tpt, but have a Piccolo, an Eb/D & regular Bb all in Silver. I've always wanted to play the Brandenburg #2. Bach sure wrote a lot of music for the trumpet. Cheers.
This is super 😎 awesome! I love the minors contrasted with the majors along with the voices! This is such a noble sounding instrument! You make it some Royal!🎼🎺🎶🎵🎧💪❤️👑🌹❗
It is incredible haw a trumpeter in those days managed the notes not in the harmonic series. One theory was that Reiche used the coiled trumpet and hand stopped the notes. What is your theory?
Thank you very much for sharing this! BTW the notes don't fit with the scale of a natural trumpent - and given that the trumpet with holes you use here is a later invention, I have to think that this part might have originally required a slide trumpet?
Interesting piece for baroque trumpet being in the minor mode of A (written G on D trumpet) and the Bb pitch establishing the minor 3rd scale degree. The translation of the words of the piece are... um. a bit confronting. "control the murderous rage of the Pope and the Turks, who would want to cast down Jesus Christ, your son, From his throne." Not much love lost to the Catholics or Muslims there in Saxony it seems.
In the time of Bach trumpets didn't have holes. Can you play this part on a trumpet without holes? If you do so you don't have to be too critical of tuning. So did musicians and their audience in the baroque period. They had different ears than ours.
Zelo lepo 👍

Dragi profesor Miha Petek👺. Vaše igranje je prav božansko. Dih jemajoče. Prav nebeško. Naravnost prečudovito. Urh zdovc in Neznani oboževalec.
Please perform more baroque trumpet pieces
I really love the music!!
I never heard a sound so clear in a baroque trumpet, compliments
Thank you Miha. Good to see you and to be able to enjoy your artistry.
Thank you William!

Could be.. manuscript only says tromba.
@@mihapetek Thanks for responding. This made me thus curious that I'll have to further investigate this.
A vete kdo sm????
Very well, Do you play a Matthew Parker trumpet??
Yes, I do. They are great!
Do you have to transpose this piece or is the Trumpet pitched in F?
It's pitched in D (D flat)... you don't need to transpose.
