The Queen made a very bad decision when she covered up the bullying report. There could be only one reason for the action she took, that was to protect her own Grandson and his Godawful Wife, putting them before the members of staff who were left traumatised.
Imo she was protecting the staff members, not only for future employment but also from any repercussions from the Cali couple. Remember, Harry always wants to know who spoke out against them, eg security matter and something more recent in a court case.

It's beeing rumoured that the harkle herself put the initial story out making herself look awful and hazbeen look good to try to prove that the palace was against her but would look kindly on the hazbeen - and the whole thing backfired!!!
