Diabetes is not genetic I am with you on that in America a lot of our food is poisonous which is why we have common health issues like diabetes , high blood pressure etc. it all directly correlates with our food. Many doctors do research but they only know so much which often is disproven when a patient goes beside the doctor and insist on doing what they feel comfortable with doing (which is often times the natural route) Ive had it happen several times with people I know where the doctor gave them a bad or deadly diagnosis. Those same people prayed and disobeyed the doctors orders and started to change their eating habit gave up the meds and all of the people that I know who did that are still alive and are healthier than they were when taking prescribed medications from the doctor. I personally trust in Jesus I understand there are many reasons to go to the doctor but we have to remember that they are just people and often times they are just taking a guess and sometimes they're right and sadly when they are wrong people lives hang in the balance. Keep in mind that many illnesses are created I live in California and down here in most of our stores we have a disclaimer put up on the windows that state " some of the products in this facility may cause cancer" this is not only in grocery stores, but clothing stores like malls, and I have lived in an apartment that had that same disclaimer. They are stating that the products are the cause which means if they products get banned you wouldn't see this large number of cancer cases ( Not to talk your ear off) but I totally understand where you were coming from. I apologize if there are any typos in this comment I am watching while I learn how to knit lol Also Your shorts came out so cute!!! And they are the perfect length when I was making mine I accident did it too short for when I need to sit down so I made them house shorts. If you don't mind me asking weight yarn did you use for these shorts ??
