Awesome finds. I found boxes of my stuff from growing up and had a few Kobe rookies, nothing in mint shape because of off centered printing or white border was yellowing, but there was enough to trade up for some PSA 10 cards of modern players.

Not sure where you are getting your comps, but the Topps Kobe Rookie in a PSA 10 is $5k plus, the 2007 Topps KD in a PSA 10 is $1,500+, the 2003 Lebron RC in PSA 10 is way more then $2k. Def would get all of those cards graded when PSA opens back up.
