A great compilation of key moments from Election Day 1997 and the studio outro from David Dimbleby. The music is KING ARTHUR from Rick Wakeman's album: The Myths and Legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. I believe this music was first used for the BBC's 1983 election coverage.
