Nice looking model of a boring looking fleet from the east. As a western trucking fan growing up with watching the rigs going north and south on CA 21, my tastes are different. In 1967, I worked in an office job (I hated it!) for Transcon Freightlines. I loved the blue paint scheme of their early days. Of course, PIE was a standard to match any trucking company up to. Thanks for all the background information and product reviews, Logan.
I REALLY LOVE THAT YOU MADE A VIDEO ON THIS TRUCK, BECAUSE I JUST ORDERED ONE FOR MYSELF. I WANT IT BECAUSE I ALSO WORKED FOR THIS COMPANY BACK IN THE 80'S.😊
Nice video! Very interesting. Quick question, are there any places to get builders transport dcp? I have been looking for 3 painful years, but have found nothing.
I'd really like to love this rig but the cab roof is too flat and the visor looks tortured! Such a shame because otherwise it is excellent.
wish the trailer wheels were all the way back.kinda looks goofy with them slid up on such a short trailer.
I agree, shame they don't slide. I suppose you would have to look for another version of the trailer with the tandems slid back and swap them, just looks like a couple of screws.
Your videos are really good, but sometimes you get long and boring
2:49 My dad drove for Brown back in 1985 and drove a cab over Ford tractor peddling freight just like that to run around Central Florida. I remember helping him unload and riding around with them doing his local runs right after I got my braces on my teeth then. I wish they had a model of that one but I will definitely get the K100, he worked for McLean right before that and I got a nice Winross White Western Star pulling doubles still that he got me back then when I was thirteen with their 50th anniversary logos on it.
