- Cherry blossoms, palm trees and oranges next to each other? Really? Yes on the subtropical volcano island Jeju in South Korea! The cherryblossom or as koreans call it "Botkkot" is a huge event every year on the korean peninsula. Same as in Japan the Sakura season. In South Korea you can see the earliest cherry blossom on Jeju Island, almost 3 weeks before it starts in Seoul. You wonder what's special about the cherry blossom on Jeju Island? Well for me it's the harmony between volcano, ocean, palm trees, oranges and the cherry as well as canola blossom. In this Jeju Travel Vlog I'm taking you to this visual cherry blossom festival on Jeju Island in South Korea.

여행 하는 모습이 완전 왕자 같아요 그리고 여기 서울은 벚꽃이 11일 늦게 핀다고 하더라구요 봄이라 기온차이가 꽤 크게 나는 거 같았죠. 이번주 주말에 태풍이 온다고 하더라구요 재밌게 힐링하고 오면 좋겠거든요.

Yes, Jeju is love. You can do so many things there, like hiking the volcano, scubadiving, swimming and they got a lot of weird museums and galleries!

Hi Hendrik! The most handsome vlogger in Korea and I have been to jeju before the pandemic and I wish I could have stayed longer. It reminds me of Sydney when I used to live there especially bondi area: I enjoyed seeing seongsang and wanted to explore the bear museum
Thank you, yeah weather and coastline in Jeju got some similarities with Sydney. I've also been to Bondi before
