Verona: The straight man that's sick of his crew's shenanigans, but sometimes finds it entraining
Duros: The DUMMY THICC, wholesome, and chivalrous Knight who is blissfully unaware in most situations but has a heart of gold.
Ragnar: A Brave, hardened warrior who thinks with his heart and instincts rather than his brain. A charming free spirit with literal tunnel vision but is completely loyal to his crew, though he acts on his own sometimes.

I love how this campaign went from "oh look! We have a spoon!" To "We have a bear, we're stranded on the moon and we're going to kill a God" in just under 30 episodes.
Well the average episode is about 2 hours which would be equal to about 6 Average anime episodes so it's about 180 episodes

Notes:
-William's epithet is explained in the comments.
- Duros' epithet is obviously based on his fisherman's cap and his cover story. For those who may not know, it's also a reference to the Legends of King Arthur.
- For Ragnar I wanted an epithet that communicated the idea that he was "a door". So the name is not only based on the fact that he busted down a door, but also plays on the Fairy Tail and Siegfried idea that being a "slayer" means having the powers of whatever you slay.
-Verona didn't do too much; he just kind of hung back, no hate, I just didn't have much to work with. Between his hanging back and his design/stealthiness, he's dubbed "shadow".
-Pearl's is self-explanatory. She's clearly a dragon but we can't really use that seeing as how everyone else is unaware, so "pink" is all we have to work with. Also, alliteration.

I tried to think of epithets based on what they did in this specific episode, what stood out. What stood out for Tekking’s character was having a SPOON (all hail the spoon) and giving out worms like candy on halloween, I couldn’t decide which to focus on, so I combined the concepts in a way that I thought was appropriate from the perspective of an outsider trying to make sense of what was going on.

For Haki, every time they roll a nat 20 for perception or in a battle have them document it under a points tally. Once they reach a specific amount of points have them be able to “unlock” a form of haki. Haki give advantage on rolls and can hit logos if you have armorment

For a couple of guys who never played DnD before, they did great. Their RP was spot on and when it came time to roll for actions, you could hardly tell they didnt know what to do. I'm really enjoying this campaign so far, cant wait for the next part.

@@Leo-nc5hs its really a lot of fun. I will say not to discourage you, but every game is different and every group has different interactions. You might play your first game and it goes wonderfully. Theres also a chance u play your first game and it doesnt quite go as well as you hoped. Theres a table out there for everyone so keep expectations realistic and dont be dont be discouraged if the first game is sloggy. We need more dnd people in our community :)

@@ElizabethDucc my best recommendation is to check out some streams on youtube. The absolute most popular one is Critical Role and i highly recommend it. Others include Relics and Rarities or The Adventure Zone. Listening to their adventures gives you a good idea of the rules and how to play.
Just please keep in mind every game is different. Just because they play a certain way doesnt mean your game is going to be just like theirs, nor should you try to make it just like theirs. Make it your own thing :)

If it was all wizards and dragons I'd be pretty bored, but having seen the game in action I realize there's more to it than the cliche sweaty nerds in a basement the name has been known to give. THIS! is the thing I always searched for. Playing a story in the One Piece universe. This is amazing. I'm already super invested in this story and the characters. I think it would be fun when Ragnar some day gets observation haki, first time being able to see like a person xD

As someone who has run and been apart of One Piece RPG games, this is off to a GREAT start! I even came up with a fun character that could fit the world, a Drunken Fist Okama Doctor.

Came back to watch the first episode after 70+ episodes and the finale. This brought my spirits up through a very hard time in my life. Thank all five of u for one of the greatest D&D Campaigns ever to be recorded. The finale broke my heart. But im so glad to have been here for it all

@@syrupvillage8 in DND specific situations allow for an advantage roll. That second one is the advantage roll just in case it’s needed. You use the highest number in an advantage.
