Ohhhh that looks so good. I have RA & FIBROMYALGIA 😡 and sometimes frozen shoulder. I have a hand held dinosaur massager, a hand massager that I insert my hand into, a tens unit and a heating pad. I will be adding this to my collection. Somethings gotta work. 😊

It's interesting that you mentioned Bob and Brad. My sister always tells me to watch them for exercises to do. She swears by them to be the best! I have watched them a couple of times, but then forget about them again. So, I'm taking this as a sign that I should subscribe to them now! That little massager looks great! 😁😻

U-Shaped / Forked attachment
The forked attachment makes it great for treating areas like your spine and ideal if you want to address lower back pain. Oh that looks awesome. I have been looking for a good that’s not too heavy. Been going to therapy 2 times a week and they have been using one similar on my back and neck. Hi to all of you. I have watched Bob and Brad for a while now. They give good suggestions, advice & demonstrations. Watching your video, it sounds like Steve has one of the problems that I have. My doctor says I have a problem with my SI joint (sacroiliac joint). I've gotten multiple injections on the left side & take pain meds when it really bothers me. I hope this helps along with the massager. I miss your dumpster diving & pallet unboxing videos.

I need my butt cheeks done to Steve because I told you I have the sciatica thing. I couldn’t even make it to my x-ray today. I was in so much pain from going into the doctor the other day for my labs that I just can’t.
Steph is right that funny dude dad goes on each side of the spine with vibration. I’ve watched a lot of videos like I told you and there’s a chiropractor that does that with this fancy tool that has a gauge for reading how bad misaligned ones back is it’s really

Is it rechargeable? I've got a cheapo one from Walmart that has to be used while plugged in after like 6 months, it won't hold a charge.

these typeof massager are great however we was always toldin uk u should never use anywhere along the spine top to bottom as all the nerves etc can cause problems. so please make sure you make sure it is suitable to be used on your spine. we have always been told to use only on muscular area and over bone but not your pine. im in uk so i know things are different in other countries to what your allowed to do and not due. uk is very much about health and safety.
