I am so glad John Paul is going back to Craig and let's not pretend for a minute he isn't. Their love was epic and could easily withstand the test of time, McDean was a beautiful story to watch from start to finish😉

I'm in shock. I didn't know he was leaving the show. At the beginning of his final episode I still thought he John Paul would change his mind. I watch every single episode with James Sutton and I will really miss this character. Hollyoaks will never be the same without John Paul.

Kieron Richardson is leaving also tool, he going on a maternity leave as well, he and his husband Carl are having twins, on of each. Isn't that wonderful I wish them the best.
He has helped more than I can explain. I lost my hubby to hate, and somehow watching this has helped,that and being involved with Survivors Manchester.

I was never a McDean stan, I am always a McHay stan. Even though Ste tested my patience, but he is an adorable mess and chaos. But I think he REALLY loved John Paul, and I think Ste is the only one JP really, really loved after Craig.

You all need to realise that these actors have lives as well outside of Hollyoaks and at some point have to move on to commit to other projects, its not necessarily up to the show runners wether they leave or not.
