Today we are going to be touring Sultana at Heirloom Farms by Meritage Homes which is a new construction home community in North Temecula. This community is great for many reasons and I’ll tell why in this video and then we’ll tour some models. There is a lot of good info on the Heirloom Farms Community and Taxes etc sprinkled throughout so watch from start to finish if you can. Just confused why there is a difference between HOA fees? Detached model (Valiant) 145, attached (Sultana) 280. Why does the more expensive model have a less expensive HOA? Aren’t the amenities the same?
HOA fees
SULTANA: $280 month
VALIANT: $145 month
Hi! Attached units are normally higher because the HOA covers the exterior of the units (roofs, maintenance, etc) One positive about attached units is the Homeowners Insurance is usually quite a bit less than detached homes because you are only insuring the walls in.
