At last an older home that hasn't been tarted up to look like a new build. I love that nobody made it open concept by taking down walls. True to its original character, except for the painted wood. Updated but not ruined.
Finally, a home with life and personality...and color! I could move in here without changing anything-I mean this owner could leave everything, and I would be very happy. You can tell this home has been well-loved.
Oh my goodness my dream home inside and out it's amazing so cozy and homie I wouldn't change anything all that beautiful Sun that comes in all those beautiful windows and sunrooms so breathtaking I would decorate it so beautifully
Love it! The kitchen size/configuration isn't ideal, but on the other hand, I like that the original footprint of it has been retained in keeping with the rest of the first floor. I love the backyard, too: small and shady, beautiful flowers/plantings, no mowing required, great for just hangin' out.
This was my Grandfather’s home. My dad shared many memories and stories of growing up there. I have pictures and many stories of his dog Caesar and the Balmy Beach Canoe club and even stories about having to walk up hill both ways to school which turned out to be true. Sadly my grandmother passed suddenly in the home.

Yo había imaginado una casa con estilo victoriano rustico y colonial y de adentro igual pero también minimalista y me acabo de encontrar este video y es como si me hubieran leído la mente de como quiero mi casa, esta casa tiene mucho carácter por fuera y por dentro se siente acogedora y hogareña, pero sin perder el estilo de la casa, las únicas modificaciones que haría sería un jardín mucho más grande y la cocina con concepto un poco más abierto eso es todo

to the best of my knowledge this door leads to the backstairs. Did you notice them in the kitchen ? they are too the left of the stove
When my Dad lived there, the stairs led to the maid quarters.

The house was built 1920ish. I like the charm and character. Plus I’m protective of my family. This was my grandparents house. 😊
