@@dettlaffxxx355 OD of those tubes are 45mm ID is 40mm. The housing tubes should last a lifetime, the bearings are held in the tube by a snap ring and can be replaced with our kit.
Just wanted to say this assembly video was great! After the hour or so it took me just to unbox all the parts, this video brought it all together. Thank you for calling out all the little subtle cues about the flanges and post, etc, to make sure that we didn't put in anything backwards.
@@deltechfitness follow-up question, do you have any recommendations for the lubricating the runners? I was going to just use WD-40; but, the spray is kind of a mess and I'm a bit worried about the dog licking the floor around where I sprayed. What do people usually use for "home gym lubrication"?
@@bennadel Hello we've found a that any silicone lubricant spray really gets things moving smoothly. Because of the linear bearings, our smith machine doesnt necessarily need to be lubricated, but if you have a lat machine or anything else with plastic bushings that slide on metal rods, silicone spray does the job very well.
@@peeli5657 That's a solid piece of equipment, center of the gym. Plus the bench and accessories you can get as well. And after a few friends saw it they ordered one as well. For the money you can not do better 🏋️

Will the force usa leg press safety attachment fit over the guide rods and with in the height of the assembly?
