I honestly love this little backstory for Ankha. I feel like it should be canon as it makes sense for her, I mean think about it. Out of every villager she is one of the main ones that isn’t exactly from around our time. Just look at her house, her journeying and trying to find out more about the time she’s in now basically trying to catch up just feels right as she also tries to find herself in this new time period.
Also Maple is a sweetheart and I love her
