Simon, you are hereby tasked to do a comparison with the Enya Nova AcousticPlus. I know the Lava has metal frets and the space case. But which do you think sounds better and plays better? And do you think the Lava is worth the price over the Nova even with the case, metal frets, and delay?
ukeplayalongs yes, not quite twice the price, but more playable, louder, feels more solid in the hand, metal frets, neater pickup system, a case you can use.
Well. I bought lave me2 and despite not being cheap, it will last to end of my life. And don’t have to worry about the weather. The quality is great, it feels great and sounds great. And when you bored with normal sound, you can turn on delay, chorus and reverb and your songs will sound different, richer without an amp
I’m 66 and I got the pink 26in to travel with. I have watched all the reviews and everyone likes to point out the flaws and the high price. Fact is it’s just as loud as the Enya but the sound is better. Yes it’s not wood it’s for traveling. Seems like all reviewers don’t want to piss off Enya and all the free perks they might get from them. I also bought a $1000.00 Enya and I love it.
It's not carbon fibre in the normal sense. It's carbon fibre like the Enya Nova is, and the Outdoor Carbon too. Plastic with some carbon fibre addded to the mix rather than true CF (like the Blackbird and Klos ukes) which use full CF matting.
Case looks like a product presentation (sales) case, like the ones Barbies and G.I. Joes came in. In other words, it looks cheap. But I’m willing to concede that looks aren’t everything to a musician.
Congrats on being the only reviewer to show us the compartments in the case. These are things I like seeing!
Alyna Waters thanks for the feedback. Makes sense that people see the experience of having one as much as possible.
The best review of this ukulele! Thanks a lot!
Excellent review.

I love this video! I just bought one of these and wanted more perspective on it. Thank you! Also, your cat is adorable.
Thanks. These are neat Ukes, I've converted a couple.
She's a highly trained guard cat. Keeps the fox on his toes in our garden.
i know I'm quite off topic but does anybody know a good website to stream new movies online?
@Creed Brooks flixportal :)
@Julius Danny Thanks, I signed up and it seems to work =) I really appreciate it!
@Creed Brooks Happy to help :D
I have this one. Do you think the 26 inch tenor is better than the 23 inch concert?
I haven’t tried the tenor to be fair, so couldn’t say.
Have you tried outdoor ukulele?
Koooool...what kind of strings? You like the 23” or the 26” better...does it come with a cat?
What chords did u tune your ukulele? For some reason the 2 inside strings are thinker then the 2 outer strings- is that normal bc my lava u has that?
Any Uke should be tuned (usually) G,C,E,A (being the G the upper string once you are holding it to play), and yeah Ukes have the strings like that

Is it already tuned??

Looks too much like a toy imo
The other colours look much cooler and more futuristic. :)))
