true sir i started working in 21 years,but due to home dept upto my 30years.iam not invested upto 32 years,then is started investing and understood about wealth creation.Now iam free and investing maximum 50% of my salary.presently age 36 years so i planned next 20 years investing properly.

It was personally satisfying that you 'finally' appreciated the cause why people lamented the removal of Indexation ( subsequently restored through amendment).
This video hits the nail on its head regarding why Debt at earlier part of working life sets a person back by miles and miles in achieving financial freedom. It becomes a Double whammy, when the price of such Debt- fuelled property slumps or stagnates, resulting in Massive losses( considering the capitalised cost of property),
It is best for a person to listen to this video in his 20s or atleast 30s and not in his 40s or 50s( when all the mistakes would have already happened).!
I still hold the view that indexation only covers up for investment blunders. I would rather avoid blunders or walk out of them.
I agree with you on that sir. But it is hard not to commit such blunders which is commonly prevalent among the masses( including educated). Every person's financial behavior evolves with time, sadly certain past blunders continue to haunt them, as they become like an irretrievable thorn and in such cases Indexation is a "Healer" that ensures that the wound sustained is not serious enough.!
