I had, many years back. You can just get the filter and replace just the filter. Its just some clips and you can separate the filter from the pump. My car is already 12/13 years old with over 300k km on it with no signs of a failing pump.
@@chrisr.986 its in the tank. You can access it by removing your rear seats. Then there is a metal plate there. Undo the bolts or just pry the metal open if there is no bolts (i can't remember if there was bolts) but its mainly held on by black bitumen kinda glue. Then you will see the fuel pump, now this one i confirm it has bolts. undo the bolts and take out the pump along with the filter.
Hi TC. I'd like to ask if you ever replace a starter motor on the inspira/lancer 08. I'm having a difficulty in removing the starter. Is it required to remove the intake manifold?
i have not replaced my starter motor before since its still working fine. However, seeing other videos replacing the same starter motor.... i would say that there is no way besides removing the intake manifold. Its just too tight to wriggle out the starter.
few months after the custom projector project.... my wife crashed my car. So bye bye custom projectors. Its been a year since that accident. I have installed back the projectors just a week or two ago which was before this video was recorded. You will see the custom projectors back in future videos.
@@TCsAnythingGoes ay , your projector cut off good ah? It's make me want to try to my abandon kancil ( square ). but mine is projector metric style . The question now , should I buy 1 or 2 projector for one headlights
@@wildproxcore173 as long as the glass is clear, you can do the conversion. 1 projector is good enough as the ones I seen is usually bi-projector (low and hi beam) Cut off is excellent. Else for easier conversion, you can get those mini projector bulbs (which performs pretty decent for the price paid)
Hi TC have you ever replaced the fuel filter? To my understanding the filter is built into the fuel pump.
