Your chaud accent is pretty good 😆. I've been away from Guam for so long but i can turn that accent on and off like a switch!

Hahaha thanks! I don't think I can really ever get it out of my system. I love that it's a distinct accent that pinpoints Guam haha!

Dani, I dearly love your videos! Although it’s been 50 years since I left, it brings back so many memories! Keep them coming! ❤

I just got back from Guam for the Red Cross. It's a beautiful place. I stayed at the RIHGA (which I thought I may have seen in the background in your video). I didn't get a lot of free time, but I drove from Tamuning to Merizo and stopped at random spots that caught my attention on the drive

Oh gosh thank you for your support and to the rest of your team who helped Guam after the typhoon! I'm glad to know they're almost fully recovered from the damages and outages.
Hopefully you get a chance to visit again. Was that your first time on Guam?

@@DaniAdams I'm very haopy to know that they are almost fully recovered. The first round of people from the Red Cross to arrive had to get there on military transport aircraft because the airport wasn't even fully functional, and there was no power and water when they got there. I was fortunate to get in on the second wave. I flew commercial and we had power and water. While I was still out there, I was telling people that I would love to come back. It was my first time there. I binge watched your videos as soon as I found out I was being deployed there.

@@N4BWR I'm happy the videos were helpful, and yes you should definitely plan a visit back so you can experience the island at its best!

I'm looking into Guam as a place to retire. How is the medical care and for later years, assisted living facilities?
    Thank you!

@@rogandbingofbingalahtravel3680 The only one I'm familiar with is St. Dominic's Senior Care, but I know there are others. Let me do some asking around so I can give you a list of places to look up!
