I mean, i know its not a joke- yall have to see some hard things. but then again i guess dark humor helps me there, eh? and when you have such great people like yourself working alongside you, i think getting through it and standing strong wouldnt be impossible. im definitely volunteering:)

its not about heat. capsaicin is neutralized/washed away by milk, because there is a protein in milk that binds to it. Peppermint just feels cooler, while milk actually removes the source of the pain. in this video though, the problem is much in the choclate, which is reducing the effect of the milk, by covering the capsaicin thats attached to the tounge from the milk lol.

Drink the milk or eat the ice cream first. Nothing will burn. The dairy coats your tongue so it prevents the burn.
