      I've been manipulated, gaslighted, and threatened on a daily basis. Some of the threats were he was going to kill himself if I didn't do what was asked, he would punch pillows or sofa, stand up against me and yell at my face, stand behind the car and not let me leave, sometimes we would be driving and he would threaten to swerve and hit any truck, hold my arms and shake me, push me aside to a wall, and much more. My in-laws were also very verbally abusive towards me. I wasn’t allowed to visit my family or friends. If I did or wanted to, I had to be ready for an argument. Every day I was reminded that I am nothing and that I was not worth fighting for and that I don't meet the standards of being married to their son. Recently, I found out he was cheating on me and had a girlfriend. After seeing the texts and pictures, I became numb. I've been a good wife, I listened to every insult and fight. I never gave up what I knew, thanks to this hacker who's helped me to extract enough information from his device. Someone on here shared a link to the hacker who helped cloned his phone without physically touching it. All I did was send his phone number to him and through a remote link sent to my email, I was able to access all of his texts, emails, Facebook and Instagram chats, real-time call listening and his long deleted messages as if the phone was physically with me. Perhaps, you are in a similar situation and you need help you can get in touch with him

      I am an introvert too... I always thought if I liked someone enough, I would just approach them, but honestly it's almost built into me to not speak to people unless I am working or have been told to speak to someone because I feel I am disturbing them. Within the last year, 2 attractive girls that I was also interested in started conversations with me a few times but I never ended up reciprocating and even though I enjoyed our conversations they eventually stopped approaching me so we never speak anymore. They did 99% of the work to show interest, I just need to learn to initiate.

    Hi Stephan, I'm not sure you're going to read this but it would be awesome if you make a video about how to get up from a post-breakup depression, or how to deal with the fact that the woman you love the most in this world has cheated on you, or how to accept that she's with another man because you weren't enough as a masculine man (you've been jealous, insecure man, emotionally dependent, anxious, mentally weak), or how to stop being attached with this girl. She destroyed my life, she made me loose my career and my friends, she didn't support me when my dog died, she ruined my birthday, my new years celebration, my christmas day, we are from Argentina and the day we won the World Cup Final against France (December 18th) she ruined my celebration. But even with all of these facts, I feel that I still love her and I want to be with her. Right now when I'm writing this comment, it's 5 a.m and I should be sleeping because I have to work in the morning but I couldn't sleep in the whole night because I'm struggling with anxiety, it gives me anxiety to think that she's with another man who's a Chad bad boy that's masculine and did things right with her, and they're probably having lots of sex, and I can't stop picturing that scenario in my mind, and I feel humilliated, it bothers me to know that I've been a failure with her. I know I'm crazy and I'm stupid, but I just want to a healthy masculine man as I always should've been, but this situation is killing me. I feel my ego destroyed and hurted, I can't believe I've been so stupid. I don't wanna love her anymore, she doesn't deserve that. I want to love myself but I never had a father who teach me this. I want to be able to ignore her with his new Chad, I want to be indifferent about it, but I just can't. I'm even addicted with porn, and I'm sexually attached with her, maybe I don't love her, maybe I just want to have sex with her and it pisses my ego and proud the fact that she may be doing this with another Chad. Please, if you read this, make a video about how to reborn after breakup depression. Sorry for the long text and for many things I said. I love your videos

      I am not Stephan. I am a woman that could give you a woman's prosepctive which maybe helpful. Depending on her age she could be going through her "bad boy stage" most woman think bad boys are masculine, that is what we saw growing up, or what society says what is masculine which is basically subconsciously programing us. Either way "bad boys" are hyper misogynist, insecure low self esteem and self worth men who are super toxic in every way. Sadly she has to go through it, for her to learn from it. She may have went through some trauma, in her life which is why she is the way she is. Trauma be extreme, with sexual, physical, emotional, mental abuse to a parent ignoring a child's emotional needs. Which would bring us to the topic of attachment styles. Attachment styles are how you are in any type of relationship. There are 4 main attachment styles. Secure, Dissmissive, Fearful Advoidant and Anxiously preoccupied(which sounds like you possibly can be). I would recommend you watch Coach Court(coach court is a man who suffered at one point of anxious attachment) and The Personal Development School on UA-cam. It will give you great insight on what you are going through. This will help you better understand how you maybe in different types of relationships and how you can help yourself. You would want to focus on yourself right now not her. The personal development school has a free relationship quiz that will email you the results of the type of attachment style you are. You can Google quiz for attachment style there are alot of free quizzes out there. This is important for you to know because it shows how you show up in relationships. Better understanding yourself, will better help you grow and heal. I am not a therapist by no means, but the porn thing could be you searching for some form of release from your anxiety and depression. Which is normal. Taking walks outside on a warm sunny day is helpful for depression, also having a good support with friends/family is helpful too. If you don't have that you can Google how to get out of depression and ways to handle anxiety. Your anxiety/ depression will make you feel like it's you and all your fault. Be gentle to yourself. When you start focusing on yourself and your attachment styles you will see that you don't have to be toxic masculine but become more secure and confident. Confidence and security is everything to a woman. It will also help you learn boundaries which is helpful. Take time to heal and focus on yourself and actually put in time to put what you learned into use(behaviors/ do what they are telling you to) it will work. All woman aren't evil don't take this experience and become that bitter guy who got his heart broken one time and feel the need to close their heart forever. Pain is growth and without heartache you may close yourself off to a woman that is for you and you have a way better relationship you deserve. Woman don't want toxic men, we want balance. Also Google sacred masculine and Devine feminine energy. People have the concept of being "masculine" all wrong. Which is also toxic. Especially the majority of people of UA-cam. If you Google Google sacred masculine and divine feminine energy which all human beings have, you will get the true knowledge of what it means and it will help balance you. Both sides must be balanced. Good luck on your healing journey. Turn your pain into purpose it may seem impossible now. It will can be very beautiful if you allow it to be. Remember working out and going to the gym will only put a band aid on it. You got get all the way down to your core for you to really have the healing that is necessary for you to get what you deserve, not what you put up with. Good luck!

      Oh..and if the next person you choose to get to know/ date have similar qualities as this woman that broke your heart. Don't completely assume and put her in the same category as the woman that did. You may have certain qualities you are naturally attracted. That doesn't mean she is her. You can definitely block your blessings if you always compare the woman that broke your heart. If she ever comes back or ask to be friends. I would recommend you say no. Having her around can/and will cloud your judgment, and you will block your blessings. Staying friends with an ex are happy birthday texts and that's it, and happy holidays texts. Keeping her around and having her very present will stunt your growth, and let the next person know you are not ready for anything.

    Thanks for the advice, it's always delivered in a way to not offend but also gives some hard-hitting truths. I just bought a few books already this month, but I will add your book to my watchlist for my next Amazon purchase.
    Could you please make a video about how to approach women as an introvert? Since I started my levelling up journey, I don't have a problem attracting most of the women that I want, but the biggest problem is simply initiating conversations. Some women have shown me some clear signs of interest by approaching me first in a room full of people even though I had never met them before; we had some good conversations where I could register their interest - but I just can't find the ability to approach them first even though I desire to.
    I have no issues approaching platonic female friends, but approaching women that I am interested in romantically is a different beast. Sometimes I avoid it because I don't want people to figure out that I am interested in someone, which is stupid, but that's how I rationalise not approaching.

      Why don’t you want people to figure out that you’re interested in someone?

    • @_shumba
      @_shumba Рік тому

      @@missis4048 I meet most of the women that I like within a group context where there could be other attractive women I could pursue. In my mind, if I show clear interest in one woman and then get rejected, that would limit my chances with the other women and make it awkward for the future. Essentially, I would want a high level of certainty before throwing all of my eggs in one basket.

    It seems for a major chunk of the exceptionally attractive ones, they are usually less likely to want to reciprocate personally if something about you doesnt stand out from the pack. I'm guessing it's because they already have many men after them, they arent quick to respond to your dm's and return your phone calls.

    • @kongming66
      @kongming66 Рік тому +2

      I think that's a factor for some, but if you actually talk to women (friends and romantic partners, fam if you have to) it's been my experience that most are just on edge for every little sign that a guy isn't being honest with them. Many of the most attractive women are even more anxious than others because they're inundated with attention they don't want, and I've found that many have a fantasy of some nerdy or more down to earth dude sweeping them off their feet and don't know how to navigate what it looks like in the real world, so they handle it awkwardly.

    • @zeal4god402
      @zeal4god402 Рік тому +1

      @@kongming66 So they just assume most of them aren't honest and don't give them a chance? Maybe from those who have been particularly hurt in past relationships. I think it's emotional exhaustion too.. Getting to know men is very time consuming, plus women have their own lives to live. If I had 10 genuine random women dming a day(a miracle) I would definitely be selective too. My time is valuable
