Mark her nest on your GPS too.MaryCarl you'll have to chat Case at Adler Farms and discuss Cemani's and other Fibromelanistic (my favorites) Chicken Breeds.Mosaics are one of them.I think they are mix of a few different Breeds.I think they get the Blue gene from Silkies...A woman on Ebay is selling Rhode Island Red Hens under a Cemani Roo eggs. These would be amazing cool Birds.Cant wait til more of your Babies hatch. Pea Chicks too.Maybe call one "Sweet" (Pea) MaryCarl.Youre the Best
Jason, get some Hi-Vis irrigation/utility flags and create a "trail" to Ozella. I loved it when you said "Wide Load"; It was a long time phrase in my family's language ❤️
I built a shower a while back and thanks to youtube, I discovered Kerdi membrane and how to use it. No more rotting behind the tiles. I'm really happy I discovered your channel. One of the best.
Wanted to share something I just learned. Nitrogen suppliments for the garden create great green tops. However 🥕 and other root veggies don't like. For bigger carrots they want phosphate and potassium. Think root growth. Hope it helps for bigger carrots, can't wait to try.🤔😁
Wow! I have never heard of that breed of chicken. That's awesome I would love to have that breed on our Homestead I'm going to look into that. Cream legbars are awesome too. Thanks Jason for sharing you and Mary Carl.🙂
😘😘. We had a volunteer fig after 3 years got nothing. A grower said to plant right next to it a producer and be patient cus their cycle been broken for a while. 3 years later covered in blooms. 4th year got 20 quarts of jam. Mamma tree so big at 25 years old kids have a small fort from fig to black walnut tree. The rains have truly helped your crop. Can’t wait till excavation done and what plans are for turkey pen. We use to find old places to be torn down then piece by piece bring it back to build unique pens for ALL animals. Began to look like an old town all brightly painted. Your place looks so similar so was wondering if that’s what you do ........bring life into something old. Each pen is like paradise for your flock and herd. Keep saying a prayer for your pea hen to hatch her babies and then she’ll come home to stay. Dare to say they are the funniest to watch as they grow. Especially when they learning to fly. It’s popsicle time fo me now that I’ve had some Cog time ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love you guys! Your Channel along with some others inspired my wife and I to leave the city and buy our farm! My wife even ended up getting 32 chickens mainly because of your farm!

Maybe a good name for your turkey build could be The strutting hut , kinda in memory of your loved ones saying. I cannot believe how Mary Carl has grow into a beautiful little lady. Love watching your videos and the 3 of you. Thank you for sharing with us.
I am no expert but maybe adding more hay to the chicken laying boxes might help encourage the hens to lay in the boxes. You have a lot of layers, looking forward to seeing the new ones hatch out. Thanks for posting.
trim the lower branch's on the fig tree and it will grow taller. when i was young we had a fig tree and the branches were 8 inches in diameter with smooth bark and i would spend hours playing climbing in that tree!! so nice to watch your channel!! keep up the cool content! from san diego a thank you
You may need to wake up the fig tree with a little tapping around the bottom of the trunk. Can’t wait to see the solid black chicken. I hope you marked the area so you can find Ozella faster. Absolutely love love y’alls videos. God bless.
We saw one of these for the first time last month at a friend's farm and it was BEAUTIFUL! Not sure we'd spend any money to order some, but it would be cool to have one for sure!
If we asked my grandfather where he was going he would always say " To Guinea Gauze where they eat hogs eyes, ears, nose and all " 😂😂😂 When someone asks me it's the first thing I think about. Y'all don't let Peaches read this comment she might get offended. 😂
Wow! Amazing! A little bit creepy but cool! Gosh, we just adore your vids!!! I love how you always end by reminding us all to be good. We all need that message, don’t we? (And we just bought two Cog Hill Farm shirts!)
ALWAYS so happy to see a video up. Love seeing all the chickens, & ducks + all your critter. I was wondering why they face the wall in the coop. Can Mary Karl explain that one to me? Was thinking you should try feeding your fig some of your super juice. I wouldn't think they'd be heavy feeders? Looking forward to your Hydrangers. Do they bloom early in your heat & humidity? Thanks. You guys are the best 😊
🤣🤣🤣 Dad sayings stick with a person. Every time I see a bird flying in the sky the saying my dad said always strikes me! Let me see if I can pass this thing onto you too. LOL "Birdy birdy in the sky doodee doodee in my eye Boy! Ain't you glad cows can't fly?!?" Perhaps hanging a nesting box for them in the goat area might help? Or do you think the goats would then just grab and eat the eggs?
First of ayam is chiken in bahasa, the name of those chicken is cemani. In Indonesia it have a myth with black magic. But it just a myth. After all that is a beautiful looking chicken, and hope the egg will hatch. Love from Indonesia guys. Ps : sorry for bad english.

🖤 🐥I just hatched 3 and love them so much. Such a sweet and loving breed🐥 🖤
I love hearing Scott. We had pea fowl on the farm growing up. You have the most beautiful chickens (or Mary Carl has, that is). Love your channel.
Pretty soon you will have some of each breed!
Lololol seems that way
If we asked my grandfather where he was going he would always say " To Guinea Gauze where they eat hogs eyes, ears, nose and all " 😂😂😂
When someone asks me it's the first thing I think about.
Y'all don't let Peaches read this comment she might get offended. 😂
So cool, I have never seen this breed of chicken. Can't wait to see what hatches...
MC is my role model!
Yum, figs and fig preserve my favorite. When I was on the farm blue jays were the menace.
I was wondering when MC would get some ayam cemanis. Can't wait to see them.
Try pinching the end buds on that fig tree, it will start figs shortly after. June is the best time to pinch. Good luck!
Missed seeing Mrs Cog Hill. I'd tie something red around that broken tree to help spot it faster. Great video.
Enjoy this video, u ought to consider pasting a chicken variety poster on the wall in the chicken coop too. 😁
That's awesome I've been waiting on y'all to get some of them black roosters they are one of my favorites
Love my cream legbars!! Just hatched 10 chicks.

I thought to myself why wouldn’t you name the chickens-of course you do! Who doesn’t? That’s normal right? Love ❤️
Happy you were able to track down ozela (sp?). I agree with others saying flags or flagging tape, or maybe paint the top of that broken tree stump.
Hope you guys had a great weekend 😊
Thx & you too!!!
Yes, sure did..thanks 😊
Tell Mrs. Coghill that I’m a 74 year old grandma and I can smell when a snake is close by or has been close by also. I’ve always been able to also.
