This reminds me of the senior house mistress of my first school. 😅seizing students things, insulting students, writing negative comments in students reports even when she didn’t know them well. The house mistresses sometimes ask some prefects in the boarding house about students they didn’t know well and write anything at all in their reports. She threatened to deal with me because my aunt had come for me on a day we vacated. She wasn’t happy because we were cleaning the compound and my aunt had come to pick me home. My aunt pleaded with her that we had to travel, she can’t go and come for me the following day. She insulted me for no reason. I was a calm girl. I never stepped into that school again after her threat. My aunt suggested I leave the school. I met her years later but I called her and greeted her nicely. She acted like she couldn’t recognise me. Life is more beautiful than carrying such energy. Whatever she did shouldn’t make you rejoice over her death. Negative energy is too much work, please 🙏🏾

I almost cried listening to my kid Sist about some treatment she and some of her colleagues have been going through at St. Monica's Bishp. Hahahaa how i wish this girl had met housemistress Bawuah and sister Margaret. This two women made my life at OLA senior high school a living hell but to me, they actually helped me shaped my life to a better one. Especially sister Margaret always coaching me and calling my parents at any given time. It came to a time that she even took my card from my housemistress, on midterms she calls my parents and if my dad said i shouldn't come home, am not going ooo. It even came to a time that she had to make me sign a school bond. But after all this, she helped me a lot with her advices. She once put a mark on my school uniform saying she doesn't want to see it on anyone if i complete school cus my uniform was too short and low waist 😂😂. Awwwww sister Margaret, sometimes i sit down, remember the good old days and i laugh.

There is a difference between discipline and bullying we should not mix the two of them up. I was raised in the West we had teachers that would discipline us but they could also relate with us. We need to learn to strike a balance. Because I have noticed that some of our people can be very timid and lack confidence. Strong teachers and parents build strong children. But if there is constant bullying how can children become strong to do anything positive in society and their own lives. We must analyse this type of behaviour in regards to teachers.

lemme add my side too i'm not defending her. i was in adgass known as adu gyamfi in kumasi and if any student from there can leave a comment that we had one house master called winter. i don't for that house mistress of this girl but for winter. i swear that by now satan is writing his name to be even ban from hell cuz herrrrrrrrrrrr winter was so evil to the extend of even his own son had to run from this school. he even fought with his son because of a girl with nyash that was the start of this kid trauma and horror in campus..what this girl is saying is similar like this winter but multiply it by 100. winter had two sons but none wanted to be in his presence. he even called police to arrest his son because this guy have to protect himself from town boys who normally come to campus and bully us. so this guy had to step up cus his father wasn't helping. no official said anything until this man got 3 girls pregnant. i remember he had a beef with one school prefect(redberry) that was the student name. this guy got injured and needed good medical care but winter said no. he should go to the school clinic. guys this prefect suffered and nearly got his leg cut off because the wound got in-effected and this guy was hospitalized for months and the said thing was that even in his suffering winter said naaaaa i won't let him go. until redberry wasn't able to walk anymore his friends had to sneck him out of the school. winter where ever you are, death won't come for you now buy will swim in shame till the end.
