It sure is a hell of a game. After owning it on PS5 for something like 2 + years I finally got into it.
Wow! NG+ cosmetics are so intriguing. I just finished the story and got started on Iki island, don’t wanna restart again so soon
For the rushing water crossing farm, you can just click the restart from last checkpoint button in the options to save a lot of time.
Be careful, your build on Gosaku armor wont work at 3:05
Your major charm Versatile Skills requieres different minor charm categorie (Melee, Defense, Utility, Stealth), so you cant have two melee minor charm for exemple.
For Gosaku, with versatile skills, i personnaly recommand :
Melee : Inaryi's migth (increase heatth and melee dmg)
Defense : Resistance (Reduce damage)
Utility : Resolve (Increase resolve gain)
Stealth : Silence (for the resolve gain increase)

He’s actually doing that on purpose. It doubles the charm of fortune so instead of chance based things happening 50% more likely it’s now 100% more likely

have a doubt on the charm of versatile skill, by charm of one type mean that one particular one like one single charm of fleet forging? and a single chamr of fortune 2 and stuff like these cant be stacked (multiple charm of the same effect cant be equipped at once ) ? or does it mean stuff like 1 attack percentage charm ( like fire doctrine) ,one defence percentage charm and so on?
Legends mode is quite fun, though its also quite the grind. I'm at around 12 hours of legends and just got to 80 Ki, I can't wait to get some of the more interesting gear pieces and try the Iyo raids but thats still a while off I feel.
Farm severed hearts until you can hit gold reliably and get to 95 ki. Then you can start looking into some of the more advanced content. If you don’t care for fast grind , I went for story quick play
Just a MINOR correction of the intro...you have to enter UI menus all the time (switching stance, switching arrows, refreshing the Wind Guidance, sheathing sword, etc...these are all UI menus...they just aren't the pause screen)...the game offers a great way to minimize the overall UI onscreen and entering the MAIN menu or map screen

Best part is we’re getting mods I’ve beaten the game on ps4 now I’m replaying it at it’s maxed settings and enjoying mods
Question. When do you go to iki? What armor and build do you recommend?
right after you finish act 1 just go straight and you will find the side quest

I wish they added the ability to be able to upgrade charm slots maybe not all but one or two slots

How do we complete mythic tales, they don't show up for me on the map. I can only see main storyline and side stories but no mythic tales on the map.
Go into your journal and move down to mythic tales.
Then select "show on map".

You just need to find them on the map when you travel , discuss with pnj or just search on youtube :-)

How do you initiate mutliple standoffs when attempting to clear a camp? I can only ever pull it off when I initially approach the camp. After that, the standoff option never returns.
You can get the perk to get multiple standoff kill streaks excluding upto 5 if you have sakai clam armour do the standoff when you are near enemies or entering a camp it can only be done once until you go to another group of enemies
That's just how standoffs are
Think u have to upgrade stand-off with technique points
Thank you for the video,I watched it even though I am already in act 3 on pc. I love this game! Also thank you everyone who keeps spamming Get Inari shrine. I got it early in my playthrough and it made upgrading my gear so much easier. Now that I have maxed everything I can use that charm slot for something better since I am on lethal difficulty.
how do you get more than 3 kills in standoffs? i'm on my first play and in skills i only have option to kill up to 3 enemies

Playing the game for the first time on PC. Still a bit confused on the standoff tip, do you need the upgrade to kill more than one opponent?
Yep. Certain armors also increase this

I press it the moment the enemies stop walking and then start moving (starts intimidating you). If you do it early, it wont work

Might I suggest a controller instead? Maybe a personal preference of mine but I think controller is best option for a game like this. Stance switching is way smoother and combat feels better in my opinion. I might be biased cause I had 400 hours on the ps4 ad ps5 before. That xD
Standoffs have never bugged out for me so far but yea stance switching is delayed sometimes
@@Khrazegaming I use controller but it can still bug out. Stand offs don't happen sometimes and stance switching doesn't register sometimes.
The gameplay is really fun but honestly I haven't really loved this game as much as I thought I would. Right now I'm honestly just trying to 100% my first playthrough as quickly as possible so that I can start playing the legendary editions of Mass effect.
To be honest I loved it way more the last time I played it , which was this years. Some games you truly appreciate in hindsight. At the time it came out on the ps4 , I had about the same opinion as you. Great game but didn’t completely wow me. I no life’d it again these past few weeks and I had so much fun. Awesome combat, great feedback. Just super fun. I used a controller though because I simply can’t get behind the pc controls for this one

I'm thinking of replaying this on ps5 but I'll have to start from the beginning all over again......*sigh* . About how long does this take to complete ? 60 hrs ? I can't remember but in 2020 it took me a few weeks.

Yeah I had to go full defense mode as even more scammers were trying to reach out with fake fixes during it. UA-cam took their sweet time but its finally over. Everything is almost up and done and the name should propagate on google's services to the original name. Fucking scammers man :/

I literally couldn't stand the Letterboxing on my Ultrawide, so I had to wait for a mod for that, now I can finally play the game
There are about as many pre-rendered video cutscenes as there are in-game ones. The in-game ones can be modded but there is no way to un-render and re-crop a video. The only way to change those are to zoom in and they already have ridiculously low resolution
My main tips is start with hard then go lethal+ for new game+, played the game in medium too easy
please pc gamers play it with japanese dub and english sub!!! the english dub is atrocious!!

I was doing that until I found out the story still treats you like a murderer hobo with no honor
The biggest tip is DONT WATCH VIDEO LIKE THIS and enjoy the game at your own pace, discover things by yourself and get involved into the fantastic adventure that this game is, pure visual poetry that you should not ruin by following all these videos that want you min/max and be "perfect" in such a fantastic experience.

Lies.. you can't strike down 7 enemies in Stand Out.. You can strike 5 if you wear Sakai Armour. If not, the max. is 3.

what a let-down this game is. I don't know what I expected, but the gameplay is super bland. Combat is fine, everything else rather lacking. I love a well made open world to explore but this just feels really empty.

Just admit that you're bad at it. I played it because it was available on PS Plus Extra subscription and wasn't even interested.
One week later, it became one of my Top 5 Best video games I've played in my life so far. It's on par with the likes of Witcher 3, Red Dead Redemption 2, God of War games. Even if you don't follow the main story and do random side quests or just explore for the fun of it, there's so many great things in this game.
Whether gameplay, combat mechanics, story, visuals, graphics, characterization... It is of top tier in every aspect.
I am quite curious what is your best game you've played since GOT is a pretty low bar for you
I kind of feel the same way you do. The deaths have no penalty. I'm kinda forcing myself to play it since I have it. The world is vast but a lot of useless space, like you said "feels empty"
